Wentworth house is the first of four planned high-rise apartment towers in the project. The building is located near the intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Nebel Street near the northeast corner of the site. Groundbreaking occured in 2006. Construction is expected to conclude on the apartment building and the grocery store by October 2008.
